How Long Do Home Remodeling Projects Take?
The length of time of your remodeling project depends on a variety of factors, primarily the scope of the project. An entire home remodel may take 6 weeks from start to finish. Smaller projects may only take 2-3 days. Permitting is also sometimes required by the city and can cause delays, depending on the project. We’d be happy to hear what you have in mind and provide you an estimate of how long the remodeling project will take. Rest assured, once a project is started we stick with it until it is fully completed.

Home remodeling costs are largely based on the scope of the project and the materials used. A project that takes more time, like a whole home remodel, will typically cost more than a single bathroom remodel.

That said, materials is the operative word here. You might want 1,200 sq. ft. of flooring, but depending on if that floor is rolled vinyl or Italian marble, the costs will differ dramatically. This also is a factor when choosing fixtures, trim kits, countertops, faucets, and more. For example, a basic showerhead may cost $50, but a modern luxury shower system with a removable handle can easily cost $4,000 or more just to buy it off the shelf. So in many cases, huge differences in costs can really depend on the materials selected by the client.
